Greg Cooke was born and raised in Calgary. He has been an athletic individual all his life, playing on many sports teams including hockey and soccer teams as well as solo sports like rock climbing and skiing. Greg’s first experience in working with athletes came in high school when he was asked to be the assistant trainer for the football team and later on the basketball team. Greg learned quickly how to assist the players with stretching and strengthening as well as preparing them for games. After high school Greg went on to pursue a career as an electrician, during that time Greg remained involved with sports playing hockey as well as coaching Bantam and Midget Baseball while living in Ontario.

Develop fun, effective and efficient exercise programs that offer variety and meet your needs.
Incorporate a balanced approach to health and fitness that encompasses cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, stress and lifestyle considerations.
Act as an aid in the rehabilitation of clients experiencing pain and injury.
Network with health professionals regarding the care of each client and incorporate recommendations as needed. Establish a warm, receptive and non-intimidating environment that facilitates and enhances the learning process.
